Directions

Timberwood Park:
Go north for 5 miles on Blanco Road past Loop 1604. Look for the second Timberwood Park entrance at Slumber Pass Estates. Take a right onto Slumber Pass. Model home is located on the right.

Vintage Oaks:
From U.S. Hwy. 281: take Hwy. 46 east for 10 miles.
From I-35 and FM 3009: Take FM 3009 northwest for 14 miles. Then east on Hwy. 46 for two miles.
From I-35 in New Braunfels: Take Loop 337 for two miles. Then west on Hwy. 46 for seven miles.
