(SAN ANTONIO, TX – Aug. 3, 2016) – Wilshire Homes continues to put a chill on electricity payments with the extension of their Beat the Heat promotion.
Through the “Beat the Heat” sales event, Wilshire Homes will prepay two years’ worth of electricity bills for people buying a home through Aug. 31. The Beat the Heat incentive is valid for all of the builders’ San Antonio-area communities.
The promotion’s popularity prompted the extension, says Jim Eller, San Antonio division president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc. (MHI), parent company of Wilshire Homes.
“It’s popular because people appreciate the savings they receive — not just now, but in the future,” Eller said. “All of our homes in San Antonio are certified under the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED for Homes program, so buyers know they are getting a high-quality home, constructed with the latest building technology, that uses less energy, water and natural resources.”
Homebuyers will realize savings at any of the seven communities Wilshire Homes builds in, including Santa Maria at Alamo Ranch in San Antonio and The Sanctuary at Helotes in Helotes. Homes are priced from the $260,000s.
Parent company MHI has been building homes in Texas for more than 25 years, and offers designs in Houston, Austin and Dallas-Fort Worth, in addition to San Antonio.
