Wilshire Homes will soon open in Foxbrook, a new northeast San Antonio development in Cibolo.
The builder has just released pre-grand opening pricing on its floor plans, with a grand opening slated for the fall. Homes, priced from the $290,000s, will be situated on 65-foot homesites.
The size of the properties and the project’s central location are expected to appeal to home buyers looking for a peaceful lifestyle near the amenities of downtown San Antonio, said Jim Eller, San Antonio division president for Wilshire Homes.
“The size of the homesites means there will be more space between homes, so residents can better enjoy the beauty of the community — including a linear park, which will run through the development and create a greenbelt behind the majority of the community’s homesites,” Eller said. “The convenient location along Interstate 35 will be another draw. Foxbrook is 20 minutes from downtown San Antonio, as well as being close to restaurants and activities in New Braunfels and San Marcos.”
Shopping and dining opportunities also will be available at nearby Rolling Oaks Mall in San Antonio and The Forum at Olympia Parkway, a 1.2 million-square-foot shopping center spanning the cities of Live Oak and Selma.
Amenities planned for Foxbrook include a trail system, an aquatic complex, a playground and a gazebo for hosting neighborhood gatherings. The community is zoned to schools in the Schertz-Cibolo-University City Independent School District.
