When you build with Wilshire, you talk with a New Home Consultant to explore design options and estimate your home's price in about an hour. When you're ready to make final decisions about materials and design details, one of our Interior Design Consultants will assist you at our Design Center. At Wilshire, we're there for you every step of the way.
You'll find that Wilshire's Build On Your Lot program offers advantages that other programs do not. For example, while most custom builders charge high prices because they build only a few homes a year, Wilshire is able to pass our buying power onto our customers. This is how we're able to offer more floorplans than the average custom builder and serve as a single source for all of your building needs.
Furthermore, we evaluate your site at no charge. That means we travel to your lot to assess additional site costs, possible location adjustments, soil conditions, building elevation, water and electric service, and wells and septic systems. This way, we can estimate the timeline and total cost of your home before the building process begins.
