AUSTIN, TX (Aug. 23, 2017) – Wilshire Homes will expand its building program in Belterra, opening in a new section of the master-planned community.
The builder currently offers homes on 60-foot-wide properties in the Dripping Springs enclave. The new neighborhood, known as The Trails, will allow Wilshire to offer homes on larger, oversized homesites, which allows for additional flexibility in floor plans, said Dennis Werner, division sales manager.

Many of the homesites will back up to greenbelts, and all homes will be within walking distance of a neighborhood park. Available oversized properties will offer larger yards and three-car garages.
Wilshire also will break ground on a new model home this month. The single-story Groveton will showcase the builder’s award-winning architecture offering a spacious layout, tray ceilings and arched entryways. Prospective buyers also can peruse what options are available to them, including outdoor kitchens, bay windows and bonus rooms. Wilshire's homes in Belterra are priced from the $370,000s.
