Wilshire Homes Debuts New Floor Plans at Santa Rita Ranch

Wilshire Homes is debuting five new floor plans in Santa Rita Ranch as part of a revamping of the builder’s line up in the Liberty Hills community.

The plans for homes situated on 50-foot homesites are new to the Austin area and designed to respond to what buyers are looking for in their new homes, said Alex Dadidakis Central Texas division president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc. (MHI), parent company of Wilshire Homes.

“Our inspiration for these new designs came from buyers,” Dadidakis said. “It’s important to us that our offerings align with what they view as important — whether it’s the functionality of the floor plan or the designer finishes that go in the home.”

A key feature buyers requested is flex space, Dadidakis said, which can be found in all five of the new floor plans.

“The new designs also include features such as mud rooms that you might not typically find at this price point or on these lot sizes,” he said.

Other sought-after features include the three-car garage found standard in the new Dumont floor plan and the walk-in closets within every bedroom of the Lasara design.

All of the new plans are tailored to fit with the “Santa Rita Ranch Code.”

“We take the Ranch Code very seriously,” said Dadidakis. “Our favorites are to ‘Enjoy Family Bonds’ — which we encourage by maximizing the space where families will be spending time together — and ‘Take Pride in Your Work’ because we strive to create affordable plans while refusing to sacrifice the architectural details and construction quality we’re known for.”

Dadidakis adds that Wilshire’s “Built Around You” philosophy aligns completely with Santa Rita Ranch’s commitment to “Blaze Your Own Trail” as all floor plans are fully customizable, allowing customers to create homes tailored around their lifestyles.

Wilshire also is debuting new feature packages in Santa Rita Ranch that include the builder’s most popular upgrades such as farmhouse sinks, stainless-steel appliances and framed mirrors at a discounted price.

Wilshire Homes builds on both 50- and 60-foot homesites in Santa Rita Ranch, with floor plans ranging from 1,584 to 3,376 square feet. Pricing for Wilshire in the community ranges from the $240,000s to the $380,000s.

Santa Rita Ranch is located north of Austin in Liberty Hill, two miles off 183 North, just north of the Hwy 29 and Ronald Reagan Boulevard intersection.

Residents enjoy a suite of amenities that include two recreation complexes, a resort-style pool and "The Green," an outdoor area featuring a splash pad, playscape, basketball court, food truck court and pavilion.
